I got this book in Spanish first, and I lost it moving to America. So I found it in English and is one of my favorites cook books. I love that is fully illustrated and that makes easy to follow the recipes.

I purchased Pol Martin's Easy Cooking For Today in 1989 and have used it for every special occasion since that time. My husband and I both love to cook and have a wall filled with cookbooks...but Pol Martin's is the one we pick up first and use the most. Every recipe you make, comes out exactly like the picture! The recipes are easy to read and have pictures showing what it should look like, every step of the way. You can plan your entire meal from just this one book - from appetizer to dessert. So many friends have asked me where they can purchase Easy Cooking For Today. It definitely should be reprinted!

If you can find this book, get it! Great recipes with easy instructions. It also includes calorie , protein, fat, carbohydrate, and fiber info with each recipe.. The book is large, easy to read, with ingredients you will find at your local market. This book will enable and encourage you to prepare creative meals. The contents include vegetables, salads, soups, eggs, chicken, bbq, beef, pork, veal, lamb, fish and seafood, desserts, and microwave. A very fun cookbook. You'll love it!
