informative, the tech stuff is a little dated

great for anyone who wants to write for radio, especially if you have designs on selling stories to NPR itself. the technical information is a little dated by now, but it's really well put-together and the authors are all career NPR pros. it's a lot cheaper than going to journalism school, and one of the few books that speak to radio specifically.
